Job Overview

Summary: This individual will provide pricing to customers to meet requested specifications.

Essential Duties: Essential job duties for this position include the following items. Other duties must be performed as assigned or required.

• Review customer requests and provide pricing based on established methods
• Work production and product development in updating fabrication methods and materials
• Interpret drawings and specifications
• Draft/record/track project estimates
• Communicate customer estimates effectively via phone and email
• Work toward continuous quality improvement
• Stay current with changing technology, including software programs
• Uphold, support, and promote all company policies and procedures

Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, the individual in this position must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the ideal minimum knowledge, skills and ability required.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor' degree and 1 to 3 years related experience or relevant combination of education and experience.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

• Valid Driver' License
• Additional related certifications preferred

Language Skills:

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

Mathematical Skills:

• Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

Reasoning Ability:

• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
