Position Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable activities, specifically related to payments to trade partners
- Assist with client invoicing
- Assist with monthly closing procedures
- Assist with statutory compliance reporting & filings in all required jurisdictions
- Assist Controller with financial analysis and projects
- Ensure accounting best practices, GAAP, and company policies are maintained.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent experience
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, in particular with Excel
- High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
Work Hours | Location
- This position will be based out of the Dubuque, IA, corporate office. Hybrid flexibility is available.
- Full-time, salaried position, minimum 40 hours per week.
