Clarke University invites applications for the full-time (40 hours per week) position of campus store sales lead. The sales lead supports campus store operations by performing store opening and closing duties and assisting customers with purchases and merchandise selection. The sales lead assists the store director with other duties including merchandise receiving, data entry, merchandising, marketing, mailroom services and assists with training and daily work assignments for student staff. This position also serves store customers in a variety of capacities, including but not limited to point-of-sale operations by handling cash and credit card payments, phone calls, online sales and shipping, and preparing and creating energy and coffee drinks. The sales lead is responsible for store activities in the absence of the director.
