Human Resource Generalist

Job Overview

Human resource generalist will administer all HR functions of a small family-owned business with a total of 90 employees (20 at Verena Street and 70 at our sister company, Lime Rock Springs/Pepsi Dubuque). Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and management regarding HR issues while overseeing recruiting, interviewing & staffing, employee orientation and development, performance management, talent development, employee retention, legal compliance and documentation, implementing company policies, benefits administration, payroll administration, DOT and drug testing compliance and administration.

A key component of this position is to foster company culture and employee retention, engagement, and morale.

Bachelor’s degree in business and/or human resources, two or more years of human resource experience, PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
