Kunkel & Associates is currently seeking candidates for a Marketing Representative in the Dubuque, IA corporate headquarters location.

Shift
Monday through Friday
8:00am to 5:00pm

Position Overview
The Marketing Representative is responsible for negotiating the best possible insurance coverages and premiums with insurance companies; acquiring up-to-date knowledge of insurance coverages through publications, training courses, and examinations; assisting Sales Executives in the servicing and development of their clients’ and prospects’ Property & Casualty insurance programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with insurance company underwriters.
• Negotiate premiums, terms and conditions on behalf of the client.
• Maintain current knowledge regarding the types of risk that each insurance company will write.
• Develop & analyze Property & Casualty insurance programs to ensure that clients have appropriate coverage.
• Develop marketing plans to ensure the best Property & Casualty insurance program.
• Implement/monitor clients’ service plans.
• Round out accounts by recommending additional insurance coverages that the clients need.
• Provide assistance to the Marketing Executive and Sales Executives.
