Industrial Cleaning Specialist

Job Overview

Midwest Janitorial Service, Inc. is looking to hire a full-time position. The position takes place in an industrial facility & requires going to different areas inside the plant.

Position: Monday-Thursday 10-hour shift from 1:00 pm - 11:00 pm. $18.00 ($17.00+$1.00 performance/attendance bonus). The position is emptying trash continuously throughout the plant.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• General cleaning, disinfecting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, restroom cleaning, dusting, and trash removal.
• Must be able to bend, twist, squat, and lift 20 lbs. — 30 lbs. and be on feet the entire shift.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the facility
• Must pass a background check
• Must adhere to the company' safety policies to create a safe work environment for everyone.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• High degree of professionalism
• Exceptional customer service skills as work performed around client
• High attention to detail
• Reliable
• Self-Motivated
• Able to Work with Others
