Stay updated on insurance products, regulations, and market trends.

Understand features, benefits, and limitations of insurance plans, including employee benefits.

Follow company policies and regulatory guidelines for ethical sales practices.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

Generate sales reports and forecasts to track progress.

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or related field (preferred).

Proven sales track record, preferably in insurance or related fields.

Strong knowledge of insurance products and regulations.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to understand clients' needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.

Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and team player.

Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

Valid insurance license (or willingness to obtain one) according to local regulations.

Working hours: Monday – Thursday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Friday 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM.

Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 plus 25% commission on new sales brought in.
