Job Overview

Medical Associates Clinic, physician-owned and directed multispecialty group practice, is seeking a BE/BC General Orthopaedics with interest or subspecialization in orthopaedic trauma to join our team!

Position Overview

• 5 Surgeons – let’s talk about your practice interests!
• 1:5 call
• 24/7 Hospitalist program support at MercyOne, a Magnet Recognized hospital
• Built-in referrals (including referrals from surrounding rural offices), ready-made patient panel
• Current team performs the following procedures: MAKO robotic-assisted joint replacement surgeries, hand surgery, spine surgery, general orthopaedic surgery, and surgeries related to fracture care.
• Physical therapy, physican medicine & rehab, and hand therapy services offered onsite
• Shareholder eligibility after the first full calendar year
• Iowa ranked #1 Best State, 2018 U.S. News & World Report’s Best State rankings (#4 to practice medicine, #5 in education)
