Role Overview: As a Data Download Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of client data within our agency EPIC system and other integrated software platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and carriers to manage data downloads, process policy information, and support the agency's day-to-day business requests and projects. Your attention to detail and dedication to data integrity will contribute to the seamless operation of our systems and enhance our client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and review daily data download processes from carriers and vendors, ensuring system data integrity and accuracy.
- Maintain the client database within the agency's system, following established procedures and workflows.
- Collaborate with the Manager, Operations Software Administration, on data and reporting projects to ensure accuracy and completeness of data.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with carriers, vendors, producers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate account details.
- Lead the integration of agency downloads for mergers and acquisitions, contributing to data conversions and system integration.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent is required; additional education in a related field or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with agency management software such as Applied Epic or similar platforms.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work efficiently on multiple tasks and changing deadlines in a fast pace environment..
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently, and willing to assist others when needed.
- Demonstrated integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
