Facilitate the information flow between the Physician Assistant Program and the campus.

Manage budgets within the Physician Assistant Department.

Monitor PA department budget
-
Manage fund transfers

Respond to department faculty/staff on individual budget inquiries

Serve as liaison with the Business Office.
-
Meet with Program Director monthly and as needed, regarding budget concerns, reallocation of funds, budget projections, etc.

Assist with administration of clinical site, preceptor, guest speaker and vendor payments
-
Coordinate and assist with faculty professional development funding and administration
-
Assist with travel, credentialing, and other department reimbursements.

Solid general computer application skills & ability to learn new programs & systems (eg. e-mail, website updates, familiarity with administrative computer systems, PowerPoint, One Note, etc.)

Self-motivated, good interpersonal skills, and the ability to function as a team member, as well as independently

Excellent organizational & problem-solving skills

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university

Experience supporting mid-to executive level managers, at least 2 years.
