Cascade Lumber Company, a family owned lumber yard, has been providing high quality building materials in Eastern Iowa since 1953.
We are seeking an experienced Salesperson/Estimator to assist customers with their building material needs.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting and assisting customers
- Answering inquiries and product questions
- Reviewing plans and generating material lists/estimates for projects such as homes, additions, garages, decks, remodels, agricultural buildings, and light commercial buildings
- Generating sales/purchase documentation for special order items
- Following projects through completion to ensure customer satisfaction
Preferred qualifications
- One or more years of related experience
- Familiarity with the construction industry and building materials
- Experience reading and interpreting construction drawings
- AUTOCAD experience or ability to learn
- Detail orientated with strong organizational skills
- High School degree or equivalent
Pay Scale: $55,000 - $80,000 Depending on Qualifications
