Holy Family Early Childhood is seeking a passionate and experience Assistant Director to join our St. Joseph the Worker Early Childhood team. This is a full-time, year-round position.
The Assistant Director will assist in the overall management of the center as well as supervising staff with an emphasis on recruitment, retention and onboarding. The ideal candidate will possess a profound knowledge of early childhood education and a strong commitment to supporting the development of the whole child.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education or a related field. Other degrees will be considered.
- Previous early childhood management experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of child development principles and early childhood education best practices.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Ability to pass a background check
