MercyOne is seeking a full-time Neonatal Nurse Practitioner with a high degree of expertise in perinatal and
neonatal health. A minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a level 3 or higher neonatal intensive care unit is
required. Certification as an NNP with a current licensure as an RN and ARNP in the state of Iowa. 12 hours
shifts with required call for 24/7 coverage with physician support to assist with time off.

The NICU at MercyOne Dubuque began in 1971 and has provided care to over 11,000 babies since opening.
Connected to the birth center, the NICU has state of the art equipment including a new wireless central monitoring
system and dedicated respiratory staff. The NNP will have responsibilities in the NICU as well as the normal
newborn nursery.
