Westmark Enterprises/Kendall Hunt Publishing is looking for an Onboarding Manager. This role is responsible for the oversight and management of the onboarding team for the organizations. Our Onboarding Team performs two main functions: Integrations between our Customers and our platform. Testing our Platforms when changes are made including upgrades, enhancements, and security patches.  This position is in our home office in Dubuque, Iowa.

What Do I Do As An IT Onboarding Manager?

  • Overall responsibility for maintaining a positive customer experience when our customers need help.
  • Assists Director of Development with recommendations and implementation of appropriate technology to best serve our customers.
  • Identify and Improve Processes
  • Assist with preparation of scheduling and monitors expenditures in regard to support.
  • Participates in corporate team management
  • Provides leadership and oversight to staff

Who Do We Need?

  • Someone with an Associate’s degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Someone who has prior organizational management experience
  • Someone who has a passion to lead others by example and is a strong motivator to others
  • Someone who is detailed oriented and able to multitask
  • Someone with prior IT related background
