Honkamp, P.C., a top 10 Midwest CPA and business advisory firm, is seeking a payroll customer service representative to support, process, and assist customers with their payrolls and payroll questions.
Key responsibilities may include:
- Answering customer calls in a timely and positive manner
- Providing a high level of customer service to clients via telephone, email, and face to face contact
- Assisting and advising customers in the utilization of software
- Processing client payrolls accurately and to the client's specifications

This role requires:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate's degree (A.A.) or technical school training preferred
- Previous payroll experience preferred
- Keen attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
