Payroll Customer Service Representative

Job Overview

Honkamp, P.C., a top 10 Midwest CPA and business advisory firm, is seeking a payroll customer service representative to support, process, and assist customers with their payrolls and payroll questions.

Key responsibilities may include:

• Answering customer calls in a timely and positive manner
• Providing a high level of customer service to clients via telephone, email, and face to face contact
• Assisting and advising customers in the utilization of software
• Processing client payrolls accurately and to the client's specifications

This role requires:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate's degree (A.A.) or technical school training preferred
• Previous payroll experience preferred
• Keen attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
