Foodliner Inc. an industry leader in transportation is seeking a Full Time Administrative Assistant in our Corporate Sales Department. Candidate will be supporting the Sales Department with current administrative procedures to serve our internal and external customer base. Excellent customer service skills, attention to detail and problem-solving skills required.  Full-time 5 days per week work schedule. 2-year degree or equivalent experience required.

Requirements: 

• Must have excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Experience with heavy email volume
• Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word required
• Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Ideal candidates will have some post-secondary education or 1-2 years of experience in an office environment.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage a fast-paced work flow
• Position with pay determined by experience.
