Would you like to make a difference in the lives of children? Early Learners Child Development Center has been serving children and families in Dubuque since 1972. We value our staff members and do our best to create a real community of teachers and caregivers who enjoy their work and love our children. We are reaching out to find a few special individuals who would like to devote 20-25 hours per week to this very important work. Our staff members stay with us for an average of 8 years because they love their jobs. Some have been with us for 25 plus years! Our philosophy is, “If you’re not having fun in this job, you’re doing something wrong!”

We offer: Access to AFLAC Insurance, Paid Vacation and PTO, and a work environment in which you are valued and encouraged to be creative. There is no evening or weekend work required, and we have flexible schedules. We love to find staff members with experience in child care, but we can provide training to those who do not have a child care background. We participate in the Greater Dubuque Child Care Professional Attraction Grant which can offer $1000.00 signing bonuses as well as educational opportunities. Starting wages range from $13.50 - $15.00.
