Job Summary:

The East Region Batch Manager will be part of a fast-paced team working together as ONE BARD to fulfill customer demands, safely, responsibly, efficiently, and effectively. With focus on the customer, and a commitment to quality, the East Region Batch Manager is to ensure the best product is delivered to customers through the management of the concrete batching process. This includes verification of the dispatched Material Delivery professional, mix proportions, air content, slump, and water content are correct. The Batch Manager also will assist with office duties of answering phones, placing orders, and the sale of extra products.

Job Responsibilities:
·    Provide customer service to BARD customers
·    Answer incoming calls, and take product orders
·    Facilitate batching at multiple locations
·    Obtain and/or renew WI DOT certifications in AGG tech, PCC1, and PCC2 within one year of hire date
·    Knowledge of DOT requirements and specifications
·    Mastery of plant reports and plant calibrations
·    Applies mechanical knowledge to understand plant operations
·    Responsible for troubleshooting any issues that might arise and provide solutions
·    Working with data from multiple sources and helping to develop functionality of new software.
Job Requirements:
High school Diploma Required
Experience and/or Education in a related field, preferred
