Foodliner has an opening for a Licensing and Permit Coordinator at our corporate office in Dubuque, Iowa.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Monday thru Friday, day shift
• Titling and permitting our fleet of tractors, trailers, and company cars
• Organizing paperwork to execute bills of sales and titles for all sold vehicles
• Performing other miscellaneous administrative duties
• Maintaining databases, spreadsheets, and various electronic records.
• Maintain a positive, upbeat, and professional demeanor during employee interaction
• Performing other miscellaneous administrative duties

Qualifications:

• Ideal candidates will possess some post-secondary education or 1-2 years of experience performing administrative duties in an office environment
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment
• Must be accurate with information and reporting
• Must be organized and possess excellent time management skills
• Adherence to confidentiality policy
• Experience in transportation, a plus, but not a requirement
• Maintain regular on-site attendance
