Foodliner has an opening for a Licensing and Permit Coordinator at our corporate office in Dubuque, Iowa.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Monday thru Friday, day shift
- Titling and permitting our fleet of tractors, trailers, and company cars
- Organizing paperwork to execute bills of sales and titles for all sold vehicles
- Performing other miscellaneous administrative duties
- Maintaining databases, spreadsheets, and various electronic records.
- Maintain a positive, upbeat, and professional demeanor during employee interaction
- Performing other miscellaneous administrative duties
Qualifications:
- Ideal candidates will possess some post-secondary education or 1-2 years of experience performing administrative duties in an office environment
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment
- Must be accurate with information and reporting
- Must be organized and possess excellent time management skills
- Adherence to confidentiality policy
- Experience in transportation, a plus, but not a requirement
- Maintain regular on-site attendance
