Direct Hire / Full Time – Multiple Opportunities available
Sedona is partnering with a hiring company seeking to add multiple Product Support and Customer Service Representatives to their team. This is a remote - work from home opportunity. The best fit candidates will answer user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware operation to resolve problems. May install software or perform hardware testing remotely. Enter commands and observe system functioning to verify correct operations and detect errors. Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, problems and remedial actions taken, or installation activities. Training is available, but the right fit candidate must possess excellent customer services experience and have solid work longevity in previously held positions. What we need from you:
- Proven exceptional customer service skills
- Proficient with MS Office
- Basic HTML experience a plus
- Ability to multi task
- Possess a positive, proactive attitude
- BS degree strongly preferred
- Preference will be given to candidates with Health Care industry experience
