Job Overview
This position will fulfill some of the following responsibilities while providing assistance to the existing Caroline's Management.
Open and/or close restaurant
Act as host when needed to and guests and answer phones
Complete checkout for servers
Aid servers with Micros functions
Supervising all pre-shift and closing side work, and follow up to ensure completion
Participate in the Training Program
Act as a server when needed for the success of the restaurant.
Candidates should be available to work day and evening shifts, weekdays, weekends and holidays.
Candidate should have excellent communication skills to effectively lead team as well as being able to communicate properly with Restaurant Manager.
Candidate should have teamwork oriented attitude by following service standards of the restaurant and a positive attitude.
This will be a part to full-time position, commencing immediately.
