At TRICOR, our culture is rooted in building relationships and fulfilling our clients' insurance needs. As an Individual Life & Health Processor, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our sales agents in securing new business and nurturing existing client relationships.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Processing policy modifications, updates, and cancellations.
• Providing exceptional customer service for TRICOR clients behind the scenes
• Recording and processing new insurance policies and policy changes as requested
• Verifying and updating client information in our data systems.
• Sorting and scanning incoming mail.

Qualifications:

• While knowledge of the insurance industry and experience with Applied Systems Epic software are preferred, they are not mandatory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computing tasks is essential.
• A minimum of 1 year in customer service, insurance, or a related field is required.
• Must obtain an Insurance License within 90 days of employment (Company expense) is a requirement.
• Demonstrated ability to contribute to team success and support TRICOR goals.
