Job Title: Quality Assurance Engineer

Location: Dubuque, IA

Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 Per Year, Based on Experience

Job Description: Specialized Recruiting Group is seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support QMS maintenance and SOP development.
• Participate in design projects, emphasizing quality assurance.
• Investigate and assist in resolving NCRs.
• Contribute to CAPA processes and system oversight.
• Develop tracking systems for NCRs, returns, and complaints.
• Promote and enforce quality standards and inspection processes.
• Assist in verification and validation processes, including methodology.
• Address customer complaints and collaborate on corrective actions.
• Execute and analyze quality reporting, highlighting issues to management.
• Maintain clean room processes and documentation.
• Review and set supplier quality requirements and performance standards.
• Contribute to internal and supplier audit development and execution.
• Act as a backup to Quality Assurance Manager or Quality Control Supervisor as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical, Biomedical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering/Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1-3 years of experience in quality engineering, quality control, or regulatory affairs.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems, standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to conduct internal and supplier audits.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
