Overview:
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist will be responsible for providing assistance to visitors and handling inquiries from the public, clients and customers on the phone and in person; also assists with general clerical duties of the organization. If you have strong organizational skills, exceptional communication abilities, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner
- Answer a multi-line phone, screen and direct calls
- Greet visitors
- Open and sort mail as well as process outgoing mail and deliver to post office as needed
- Assist in meeting set up
- Perform clerical functions such as: typing, emailing, faxing, filing as needed, assist clientele with completing applications, coordinate vehicle maintenance and mileage logs
Qualifications:
- Graduation from high school is required
- One year post high school education in administration or at least two years of progressively responsible administrative office experience is required
- Proficient in using computerized systems for data entry and office tasks
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office as well as multi-line phone systems and other office technology is required
