Account Coordinator

Job Overview

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Auditing invoices & customer rates
• Broker & New Customer Setup
• Credit Checks
• New Customer Relations
• Customer Billing & Receivables
• Cash Application
• Assisting on special projects, as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Talent Requirements:

• High school diploma/equivalent required.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
• Ability to process information with high levels of accuracy and energy.
• Computer proficiency and ability to navigate between multiple programs.
• Demonstrates an "All in to Win" attitude and performances and displays self-motivation and a strong desire to learn within an unpredictable and demanding environment.
