Job Overview

Position Overview: We're seeking a talented Financial Advisor to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and credit union partners in Central Iowa. This individual will play a crucial role in creating innovative solutions and managing day-to-day administration of trusts, estates, agencies, and IRAs.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients.
• Provide exceptional service and solutions to meet clients' needs.
• Proactively seek new clients and opportunities.
• Develop and nurture a referral network.
• Stay updated on industry developments and offer enhanced services.
• Develop strategies to exceed clients' expectations.
• Effectively manage assigned accounts and administer trusts, estates, and IRAs.
• Setup new accounts and manage payments and tax liabilities.
• Ensure compliance standards are met.
• Respond to and resolve client needs promptly.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
• 5+ years' experience in financial services or trust environment preferred.
