As a Multimedia Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the multimedia content for Hirschbach Motor Lines. This role will involve coordinating with operations and sales to produce high-quality multimedia materials that align with Hirschbach’s mission and values statements.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to support marketing and branding initiatives.
• Create visually engaging designs for print and digital platforms, including social media graphics and website elements.
• Collaborate with teams to execute multimedia projects with adhering to project timelines and deadlines.
• Lead the creation of content, including but not limited to videos, podcasts and graphics.
• Oversee the production process, including scripting, filming and editing.
• Maintain and update multimedia assets, including organizing and archiving files.
• Ensure all multimedia materials adhere to brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of multimedia content to be able to make strategic decisions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
• Proficiency in multimedia editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent project management skills
• Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Creative thinking and problem solving skills, with a keen eye for visual storytelling and design.
• Proven track record of managing multimedia projects from concept to completion.
