Sales Representative

Location: Dyersville, IA area

Salary: $50,000 + Commission

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with the target audience including implement dealers, farmers, and construction companies.
• Convince dealers to stock and sell products.
• Conduct internal training on product features and business operations.
• Research companies, identify decision-makers, and arrange appointments with Implement dealers.
• Collaborate with engineering for product design and customization.
• Engage in social media marketing efforts to promote products.
• Participate in expos, farm shows, and county fairs to showcase products (may require overnight stays).

Requirements:

• CDL required; or willingness to obtain CDL
• Ability to travel within a 50-mile radius initially, with potential expansion to increase dealer network.
• Proficiency in Excel for sales documentation and QuickBooks for sales information and orders.

Work Schedule:

• Ten-hour workdays Monday through Thursday, with a flexible normal work hour schedule.
