Assistant Vice President, Retail Banking Officer

Mound City Bank is a growing organization seeking an AVP – Retail Banking Officer to join
our team at its Platteville location. This position provides leadership, support & supervision
to the management staff at each of our MCB locations. Ensures that excellent service and
competitive products are provided to our customers, while maintaining the highest standards
in safety, soundness and shareholder value. Has the responsibility of ensuring that all retail
branch staff are well trained, and able to operate in an excellent working environment.
The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in finance, business or a related
field. Candidates should have demonstrated managerial skills with a proven ability to be
proactive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated. Prior banking experience of 5+ years is
preferred.
Mound City Bank offers a competitive base salary and benefits package including health,
