Job Overview

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Balance general ledger accounts
  • Review to ensure budget and restricted accounts are maintained
  • Gather and summarize data by departments for surveys or other needs
  • Communicate effectively with faculty, staff, students and vendors
  • Assist with the annual audit
  • Assist Controller with various task
  • Perform other duties in support of the University's Mission

Position Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft products (excel, word, etc.)
  • Ability to prioritize daily and special projects
  • Ability to use discretion and confidentiality in department and University matters
  • Commitment to the mission of the University of Dubuque

Qualifications:

  • Must have high school diploma; Associate's degree preferred
  • Experience is preferred
