As a critical part of the Sales & Marketing team, our company is looking to hire a full-time Marketing Manager who will be working closely with our sales, marketing, and R&D teams to develop and execute marketing plans and strategies for our brands while serving our current and future clients.

Core Responsibilities

  • Identify marketing trends and opportunities for growth. 
  • Drive the creation of marketing content, such as website content, demo videos, and case studies. 
  • Collaborate with the executive team to build outbound sales processes.
  • Identify and analyze marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation.
  • Coach internal team members and partners on a unified marketing strategy.
  • Leverage relevant digital marketing tools.
  • Contribute to sales efforts by interacting with potential clients providing demonstrations, quoting solutions, etc.
  • Understand and build the company product offerings and brands.
  • Represent the company at industry trade shows. 
  • Update social media accounts as requested.

Education/Experience:

Required:

  • 4-year degree in business, marketing, communication, engineering, or related field equivalent experience
  • Interest in lifelong learning
  • Sales and/or marketing experience
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks

Preferred:

  • Successful outbound sales experience
  • Excellent attention to detail & organizational skills
  • Competency in Microsoft/Google applications including Word, Excel/Sheets, and PowerPoint
  • Relevant digital marketing experience

Travel: Minimal up to 10%

Location: Farley/Dubuque, IA. In person required, but open to some remote work in time.

Reports to: VP of Development
