Responsibilities:

• Stay updated on performance assessments, technologies, product training, and best practices.
• Utilize CRM to engage with all guests, including new and repeat visitors.
• Effectively communicate with digital guests and prospects via phone, email, or in person, addressing their needs promptly.
• Learn dealership products and services to provide knowledgeable assistance to guests.
• Assist guests in selecting vehicles, obtaining trade information, and delivering information promptly.
• Monitor email regularly and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Serve as a liaison with dealership services to promote inventory urgently.
• Uphold department goals to enhance guest experience.
• Stay informed about new products, features, accessories, and their benefits to customers.
• Attend product and sales training sessions, as well as sales meetings.
• Maintain a professional appearance.
• Perform other assigned duties as necessary.
