As our security guard, you will be at the forefront of protecting people and property here at Crescent Community Health Center. You will patrol and monitor our two clinic buildings and report suspicious activities to local authorities. We will use your expertise as a member of the Safety and Risk Management (SRM) Committee, and you will assist our safety staff with the identification and mitigation of safety concerns. If there is an emergency, you will contact appropriate emergency responders if necessary. You'd be the front line of security for our clinic.

What do you need to successfully be considered? You need at least a high school diploma, and we'd prefer you to have security guard training and previous experience in the role. You won't be carrying a firearm, so no weapons training is required. Demonstrated clear communication, professionalism, excellent observation skills and remaining calm in high-pressure situations will move you to the top of the list.

We have one full-time and one part-time position available.

Pre-employment physical, TB testing and drug screen required.
