Job Overview
Executive Director
Part-time 20 hours per week. Increase of hours around special events.
M-F 8:00 am-12:00 pm (can be flexible with start time)
Work remotely in Dubuque area.
- Manage all administrative responsibilities and daily financials
- Responsible for all inbound and outbound verbal and non-verbal communication to Board of Directors, Members, and Community
- Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable
- Coordinate and design monthly newsletter
- Event Planning: Board and General Meetings, Golf Outing, Christmas Party and Parade of Homes Tour
- Handle all letters, agendas, financials, and minutes for Board of Directors and general meetings
- Promote Dubuque Homebuilders and Associates by communicating with our members and potential members to help our organization grow
- Represent the organization within the local community in ways that strengthen the mission and reputation of the organization
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum five years of administrative/clerical experience. Required skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Suite, social media platforms, and Quickbooks Online.
