Position Overview
We’re seeking a passionate and self-motivated Senior Project Lead to join our growing team. Specializing in custom displays and exhibits, you'll oversee a variety of projects, from simple pop-up booths to full-scale exhibits. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring our clients' visions are realized to the highest standards for museum, nature center, and branded-environment projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Plan, coordinate, and execute projects from start to finish, ensuring every detail aligns with client expectations.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing project details, budgets, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with design, production, and vendor teams to bring concepts to life.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards for quality, consistency, and accuracy in all deliverables.
- Budget & Timeline Management: Monitor budgets, track timelines, and proactively address potential delays or issues.
- On-site Supervision: Oversee installation activities to ensure displays are set up according to specifications.
- Business Development: Support new client opportunities and contribute to growing assigned accounts.
Qualifications
- Education: Minimum of an associate’s degree in marketing, fine arts, industrial design, or a related field.
- Experience: Hands-on experience coordinating the design and fabrication of interior spaces, museum exhibits, or stage sets.
- Skills: Strong project management skills, proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a knack for creative problem-solving.
- Bonus Points: Project management certification, construction knowledge, and a background in marketing and branding.
