Accounts Payable Specialist

Location: Dubuque, IA
Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 Per Year

Responsibilities:

• Process daily, weekly, and monthly check runs.
• Reconcile vendor and supplier statements.
• Resolve account discrepancies.
• Receive, review, and process invoices.
• Perform data entry of payables information to complete invoice payments.
• Contact vendors and branches to resolve billing discrepancies and issues related to delivery of goods.
• Audit incomplete purchase orders.
• Assist with fleet fuel usage reporting.
• Provide back-up payroll support.
• Perform other duties as required and assigned.

Requirements:

• Prior accounts payable experience.
• Experience with invoice and purchase order processing.
• Proficiency in accounting software, NetSuite preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented.
