Tier 1 Tech Support
Provide phone support to dealers and end users, troubleshooting RTK network or equipment issues. Ability to speak well over the phone, follow troubleshooting guides, document all interactions and communicate effectively with customers and team members is required. Must be reliable, self-directed and have a willingness to learn and grow within the industry. Prior tech support or agricultural knowledge is preferred.
Position is full time on site in Monticello, IA. Opportunities for growth within the company.
