Electrical Function Tester

Specialized Recruiting Group has an exciting new job opening for an Electrical Function Tester!

Location: Dyersville, IA

Responsibilities:

• Terminate and route wires.
• Conduct electrical tests on product systems using test equipment and schematics.
• Coordinate electrical layout based on design documents.
• Mount major components like controllers, transformers, and panels.
• Wire pressure switches, solenoid valves, compressors, and other devices.
• Collaborate with other departments.
• Train new team members.
• Maintain a positive work environment.
• Interact professionally with all departments, vendors, and customers.

Requirements:

• Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
• 1-3 years of electrical experience.
• Experience with high voltage equipment up to 480V.
• Regular and prompt attendance.
• Comfortable using hand/power tools and following directions.
• Experience with hand tools, reading blueprints, and measuring tools.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and self-motivated.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, stoop, lift, climb, kneel, crouch, or crawl regularly.
• Ability to lift/move up to 45 lbs.
