Location: Southwest Wisconsin
Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000/year + Annual Performance Bonus
Schedule: Day shift; flexibility for 1pm-10pm, 2-3 times/week

Role Overview:
Specialized Recruiting Group is seeking a proactive HR Specialist to manage payroll, employee monitoring, recruitment, engagement, and compliance for a local company. This position is ideal for someone positive, approachable, and eager to interact with employees on the floor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee payroll and attendance tracking
• Conduct employee training
• Lead recruitment and onboarding efforts
• Ensure I-9 and W-4 compliance
• Develop employee engagement strategies
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Experience: Familiar with I-9 and W-4 forms; SAP, ADP, and Kronos experience preferred.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree required, PHR/SHRM preferred.
• Language: Spanish-English bilingual preferred or willing to learn.
