Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Overtime on Fridays as needed)

We are looking for Paint & Prep Technicians to join a company's team in Dyersville! This position plays a key role in preparing parts for painting by ensuring they are properly cleaned and ready for finishing. No prior experience is needed, just a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

• Clean parts thoroughly by removing oil, grease, welding impurities, slag, etc.
• Ensure all parts are prepped according to specific requirements for optimal paint adhesion
• Safely operate equipment such as forklifts to move completed items from the carousel line or paint booth to designated storage areas
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures
