Production Team Member – Dyersville, IA

A growing company in Dyersville is looking to add Production Team Members to their team! This position offers year-round work with Monday-Friday hours, approximately 6:00 am - 4:30 pm and starts at $20/hour. Wage can be higher for candidates with power trowel experience or extensive experience with concrete equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in stripping forms from poured concrete panels
• Build and set form panels according to blueprint measurements
• Secure reinforcement products into panels
• Pour concrete into panel forms based on specifications
• Operate construction and concrete tools
• Finish and power trowel precast products
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Requirements:

• Ability to read a tape measure
• Willingness to learn power troweling
• Prior precast experience is a plus but not required
• Must be able to lift and carry 50lbs+
• Dedicated, flexible, and reliable work ethic
