Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a local company in Cascade, IA to recruit an Assistant Manager to join their team.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Responsible for team and store operations
• Supervise and train employees
• Communicate with and help customers with any questions
• Report to the store manager
• Review staff performance and set goals
• Purchase inventory based on trends
• Work in the kitchen
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds

Qualifications:

• Experience managing a team in a retail or kitchen environment
• Must enjoy working with customers
• HS Diploma or GED preferred
• Customer service experience

Hours: 

• Mon-Fri, rotating weekends
• 2nd shift 11am-8pm & 1pm-10pm (rotating)
