Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Service Technician to maintain and service portable fire extinguishers, emergency lights, and fire suppression systems. This role involves working independently, managing your own schedule, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with their service needs.
• Conduct site surveys to recommend necessary fire protection equipment.
• Educate customers on product capabilities and safety standards.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or unsafe conditions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations at all work sites.
• Perform inspections and maintenance on fire extinguishers and emergency lights.
• Drive to various locations as needed.
• Complete necessary paperwork for inspections and compliance.

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service skills.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing environments.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must be able to lift heavy objects.
