Job Overview

Express Employment Professionals is looking for a Shipping Clerk to join a local Dubuque company!

Responsibilities:

• Use a forklift to weigh and count material.
• Use TCM to check routing for quantity/date needed.
• Create POs and pack lists in TCM.
• Create load sheets for drivers (drops and pick-ups).
• Set up LTL and UPS shipments.
• Confirm parts received and complete receipts report in TCM.
• Pull component parts and issue materials in TCM.
• Perform cycle counts for component parts.
• Conduct weekly inventory for purchasing.
• Track hot parts by updating the log sheet in Excel and communicate with vendors and production control.
• Handle fuel receipts/trip reports.
• Complete forklift inspection sheets.
• Create pull lists and follow up on any open orders.
• Enter inventory transactions into TCM.
• Bill orders in TCM.
• Prepare the Bill of Lading, pack slips, labels, and any other required documents.
• Verify any special shipping requirements in the shipping database.
• Wrap and label shipments.
• Participate in year-end inventory.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

What you need:

• Excellent computer skills
• Warehouse and logistics experience required

Wage: $20-$22/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday 1st shift
