Job Overview

Support the development and execution of marketing and communications strategies to promote the College.  Develop marketing materials, manage digital communications and maintain the visibility of programs through creative and strategic campaigns. The role includes content creation, project management, photography, videography, and collaborating with various departments to drive enrollment and engagement.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design or a related field preferred. Experienced writer and editor, with an understanding of Associated Press (AP) style and experience creating content for diverse audiences and platforms. Understanding of digital marketing and design tools/software and social media platforms. Experience in project management, including organization, task coordination and meeting deadlines. Experience in photography and videography, including editing and production of multimedia content. Experience in email marketing and newsletter management. Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Experience with e-marketing and customer relationship management (CRM) platforms
The tasks listed below are those that represent the majority of the time spent working.
Write and edit articles and content for marketing materials, ensuring branding for both College programs, with the ability to customize them for targeted audiences.
Assist in the implementation of marketing plans, in collaboration with the marketing and other teams, including the use of various promotional methods and analysis.
Assist in the development and lead execution of e-marketing campaigns. Participate in email marketing efforts, including newsletters and distribution list maintenance.
Oversee and manage multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met, coordinating tasks across teams, and monitoring project milestones to meet deadlines.
Capture high-quality photos and videos for use in marketing campaigns, social media, and promotional materials. Oversee the production and editing of multimedia content that enhances engagement and boosts registrations/enrollment. Assist in all facets of podcast production and other digital projects.
Collaborate to create and edit social media content for College initiatives; evaluate, maintain and update all websites and other digital platforms to drive awareness and engagement.
Actively work with teams across the College to seek out, develop, capture and showcase stories and testimonials that highlight College and program impact.
Oversee enrollment reports and work with the sales, development, marketing and other teams to develop and implement strategies that increase registrations/enrollments.
Effectively collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams to develop content, design and update marketing collateral and other promotional materials, ensuring content is consistent, branded accurately, relevant and visually appealing.
Measure, track, evaluate and communicate key performance metrics to inform future sales, programming and marketing strategies.
 
Actively contribute to achieving the College strategic objectives, especially as they relate to consumer experience, enrollment/registrations and development of offerings.
Work closely with registration/recruitment and sales teams to advise, develop and execute customized plans to assist in reaching departmental and College goals.
Lead efforts in the distribution of key informational and promotional materials, maintain strong collaborative relationships to ensure smooth execution and actively participate in assisting cross-functional teams in reaching their marketing & communication goals.
