About the Roles
Account Executives (AE):
- Build and manage client relationships with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Design and recommend comprehensive insurance plans tailored to client needs.
- Serve as a mentor to new employees and collaborate with team members.
- Have the opportunity for ownership over TRICOR house accounts.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Account Managers (AM):
- Support all aspects of client account servicing and onboarding.
- Organize client files and work alongside AEs and sales staff.
- Continuously develop insurance knowledge with a proactive learning mindset.
- Serve as the backbone of our client relationships, delivering professional, personalized service.
