Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate and manage various activities and events.
- Assist in organizing office operations and procedures to ensure efficiency.
- Manage agendas, calendars, and appointments for management.
- Support bookkeeping and budgeting procedures.
- Create and update databases and records with accurate information.
- Track and replace office supplies as necessary to maintain inventory.
- Submit reports and prepare proposals and presentations as needed.
- Assist team members with other duties as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular).
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
