Clarke University, Department of Nursing and Health is a growing program, dedicated to serving the tristate area community and beyond. We are committed to excellence in education, research, and practice. This well-established nursing department offers BSN and DNP programs of study. Our area health care systems such as MercyOne and UnityPoint Finley provide opportunities for collaboration. External clinic agencies also provide ample opportunities for advanced practice nursing experiences.

The university seeks a full-time tenure-track faculty member to teach in our DNP program, beginning in August 2025. Class content will be delivered via hybrid, face-to-face and online. The ideal candidate will have a doctorate in nursing or a related field. The position requires an advanced practice board-certified state nursing license and at least 5 years of advanced practice nursing experience. Teaching experience is preferred.
