Pay: $60,000–$70,000/year
Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM
Location: Dodgeville, WI

Position Overview: Specialized Recruiting Group is seeking a motivated individual to join a local company as a Construction Foreman. This position is ideal for someone looking to start their career in the construction industry and gain valuable hands-on experience in a leadership role. The Construction Foreman will work closely with the superintendent and project manager to oversee construction projects and ensure their successful completion.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in supervising and coordinating construction activities—from scheduling to resource allocation.
• Help enforce safety regulations and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
• Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors to meet project goals.
• Monitor progress and identify issues, ensuring projects stay on track.
• Support efficient use of materials and equipment.
• Participate in training programs to sharpen leadership and technical skills.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate updates effectively to stakeholders.
