Job Overview

M&M Sales Enterprises, Inc. is looking for full-time Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator for our warehouse at 7425 Chavenelle Rd., soon moving to 1300 Synergy Court, Dubuque.  Part-time position, but possibility to hire full-time dependent on person’s experience and desire to expand work duties.

This position is accountable for a variety of warehouse duties including shipping/receiving, unloading/loading trucks, fulfilling orders, inventory maintenance, and keeping warehouse orderly and stocked with essential supplies, as well as customer service duties including online order entry and responding to customer calls.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in warehouse environment

Certified to operate forklift

Ability to provide heavy lifting, occasionally up to 50 lbs

Computer skills, including Microsoft Office programs and customer portals

(QuickBooks also preferred)

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent math and spatial planning abilities

Ability to communicate well with customers to provide great customer service

Strong work ethic and personal responsibility

Ability to follow direction and to problem-solve through a variety of situations

Work well as a team player

Responsibilities:

Responsible for warehouse and complete product inventory.

Responsible for timely ordering of inventory and fulfillment of customer purchase orders.

Process customer orders through online retail sites.

Responsible for accurate order entry and processing.

Schedule inbound and outbound shipments, international and domestic.

Research and manage transportation logistics such as freight in transit.

Work with logistics vendors on contract negotiations, service needs, billing discrepancies, etc.

Communicate well with truck drivers.

Obtain and record proof of delivery from completed shipments.

Maintain records of materials and items received, moved, and shipped out.

Receive product, unload containers and trucks.

Stock warehouse with appropriate supplies and equipment.

Sort and label material according to type, style, color, or product code.

Ensure warehouse and its machinery is serviced and functional.

Follow all safety codes and alert management of any safety issue or concern.

Identify damage, loss, or surplus of goods and materials stored in the warehouse.

Maintain records of activities and processes.

Follow-through on replacement parts orders and maintain tracking records

Provide excellent customer service through phone and email.

Keep inventory records and routinely communicate data to sales manager and CEO.

Other duties as assigned.
